About the Role

We're looking for an Applied AI Engineer to help us build intelligent AI-native features using modern LLM technologies. Responsible for designing AI agents, building agentic workflows, customizing AI models for our use cases, and working closely with our backend team to bring AI into production.

Required Skills

• Strong Python development experience.

• Experience working with LLMs such as Grok, GPT, Claude or Gemini.

• Solid understanding of prompt engineering, tool/function calling, and structured outputs.

• Experience building AI agents and agentic workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.

• Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using embeddings and vector databases.

• Experience customizing or fine-tuning open-source models (LoRA/PEFT is a plus).

• Familiarity with Hugging Face, PyTorch, and modern AI development tools.

• Experience evaluating and improving AI model performance, accuracy, and reliability.

• Ability to work closely with backend engineers to integrate AI into production applications.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Grok Cloud or xAI APIs.

• Experience with Docker and GPU-based AI workloads.

• Experience building production-ready AI applications.

• Background as an AI/ML Engineer or Machine Learning Engineer with hands-on experience delivering AI solutions in production would be a huge plus.
